Just an really nice and welcoming place to come to after a long day of travel. The forecast was bad, so the room was nice and toasty. And sweet mercy Jesus did they make it special for me! They had a birthday card waiting for me on the bed. The room… the room was SPECTACULAR! Super clean and comfortable and spacious! I believe they upgraded my room because of course that wonderful communication before I even arrived, I was able to share with them that it was my birthday weekend. And they were in constant communication with me every step of the way! From what did I need? To what was bringing me in town? To how can they make my stay the most enjoyable stay possible. Cause baby my experience was so incredibly wonderful!!! From the start the communication was on point. I’m so very glad I didn’t experience what some of the others went through. Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis W - Airport Area, An Ihg Hotel Is One Of The Most Popular Casino Hotels in Indianapolis, Indiana For All Kinds Of Travelers. But the one thing that stood out and the reason I booked with them is because each review (good or bad) said that the staff was friendly and helpful. 'This property is absolutely AMAZING!!! From the staff to the rooms, just absolutely AMAZING!!! I read the reviews before booking and they were mixed.
